Garlic Sauce

Yield: 1/2 cup

Ingredients:

Steps:

  1. Make a cornstarch-water slurry in small bowl. Set aside.
  2. In another bowl, combine all other ingredients except for garlic and peanut oil. Mix well.
  3. Heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic and stir until aromatic.
  4. Add sauce to pan and bring to boil while stirring (~1 minute).
  5. Stir cornstarch-water mixture and add to sauce. Stir and cook to desired thickness.
