Polenta

Ingredients:

Steps:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Mix polenta and water in baking dish. Place on top rack for 1 hour.
  3. Take out of oven and mix in vegan butter. Return for 20 minutes.
  4. Stir again. Return until firm.
  5. Chill.
  6. Cut chilled polenta into triangles. Grill or fry.
