Dried Chickpeas, 1 lb

Garlic, 3 cloves crushed

Onion, 1 large finely chopped

Ground Coriander Seeds, 1 tsp

Ground Cumin, 1 tsp

Salt, 1 tsp

Baking Soda, 1 tsp

Water, 1/2 cup
- Soak chickpeas overnight in cold water. Drain and rinse.
- Mix all other ingredients together in bowl.
- In food processor, blend chickpeas. Add other ingredeints to food processor and mix.
- Bake or deep fry at 375°F.
- Use a 1.5in mellon baller to form balls.
- Freezes well.
