Ingredients:
- Dried Chickpeas, 1 lb
- Garlic, 3 cloves crushed
- Onion, 1 large finely chopped
- Ground Coriander Seeds, 1 tsp
- Ground Cumin, 1 tsp
- Salt, 1 tsp
- Baking Soda, 1 tsp
- Water, 1/2 cup
Steps:
- Soak chickpeas overnight in cold water. Drain and rinse.
- Mix all other ingredients together in bowl.
- In food processor, blend chickpeas. Add other ingredeints to food processor and mix.
- Bake or deep fry at 375°F.
Notes:
- Use a 1.5in mellon baller to form balls.
- Freezes well.
