Rolled oats, 2 cups

- Pre-heat oven to 350°F and grease two 8x8-inch pans.
- Combine all ingredients except for milk, oats, berries, and nuts. Mash the bananas into the batter (leaving chunks is okay). Combine with remaining ingredients. Pour into greased pans.
- Bake for 45 minutes.
- Flexible recipe. Any type of grain, seed, fruit, or not in museli could be used in this recipe.
- Easy to halve recipe.
- Reheat in microwave. Have plain, pour soy milk over, or have with yogurt and other fruit.
- Recipe is one-part banana, one-part applesauce, one-part vegan yogurt, two-parts oatmeal, and two-parts plant milk. It is fine to subsitute the first three with one another or to remove.
- Halve plant milk for dryer oat mix.
- Replace applesauce with apple chunks.
- Add a merange with not-eggs, sugar, and lemon juice.
- Freeze bananas and applesauce before they go bad and save them for this recipe.
- Roast walnuts, pecans, or hazelnuts seperately for 10 minutes at end of bake.
- Great for when berries are on sale.
